Our Process
01.
Contact
Contact me with your occasion, preferred package and month. I will let you know my availably and we can arrange a date that's best for you. Time's of sessions usually take place at sunrise or sunset.
02.
Booking
Once a date has been agreed upon to secure this I will send you a booking link to complete . The booking will contain the date and time of your session, our contract, and questionnaire.
03.
Payment
At the time of completing your booking a non-refundable deposit is to paid with the remaining balance of your session due 48 hours before your session date.
04.
Images
Your proofing gallery will be sent via email containing all images taken throughout your session. Proofing gallery images are watermarked and not fully edited. Once you chosen and confirmed the images to be apart of your package, I will edit these and send your completed gallery within 3 weeks of image confirmation. Any outstanding invoices for gallery upgrades need to be completed before extra image are edited.
Before
~ Contact me, let's chat about package options best for you and discuss your preferred dates.
~ Once a date has been arranged, I will send you a booking link to secure your chosen date, complete this by signing our contract and paying your package deposit.
~ Complete our questionnaire to guide us on your preferences for your session.
~ I will provide you with additional information to prepare you for your session as well as location and style guidance.
~ Remaining invoices are to be paid within 48 hours prior to your session.
During
Enjoy being present and connecting with your family during your session.
I will provide prompts to guide you throughout. If children are apart of the session I usually lean into a child led session, letting the child/ren explore their surroundings to bring out their personality.
After
~ You will receive your proofing gallery within 7 days after your session. All images can be viewed ready for you to choose your favorites as apart of your package. Gallery upgrades are available to purchase extra images if you choose to, this information will be sent with your proofing gallery. Proofing galleries are watermarked and not fully edited.
~ Once confirmation of images has been received and all invoices are paid, complete galleries are sent within 3 weeks via a private online gallery.
Print orders are made monthly and when complete I will deliver to you.
